 “Flags of Understanding” by Isabelle Rauh was inspired by our relationship with Posoltega, Nicaragua, as sister cities and sister churches.  Isabelle was a finalist in Sister Cities International’s national competition, Young Artists and Authors Showcase, in 2017.


Red Cross Blood drive in Lyman Hall

be hosting the Pat Riggins American

Red Cross Blood Drive in Lyman on June 3, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  Appointments for donations can be made online at www.redcrossblood.org


Always cautious the Red Cross in response to COVID-19 has implemented additional precautionary methods for the health and safety of all.  Masks will be required.  Donors will be temperature-screened before being permitted in the blood drive.  If bodily temperature is above 99.5 F the donor will be asked to donate another time.  The Red Cross staff will wear gloves and change gloves between donors.  Donor beds will be sanitized between donors.  We will be implementing recommended spacing wherever possible to facilitate social distancing.


FPC has hosted 34 blood drives, normally 3 per year, and has collected 756 units of blood.  The need for blood never stops.  Please consider a donation on June 3rd.
