Racism Resources

Everyday, the Daily News Briefing email from the PC(USA) includes the link to a good collection of resources we might make good use of.

Read about a recent Town Hall Forum that was part of the Presbyterian Week of Action in August. “Town Hall forum sees anti-racism progress in the PC(USA) but plenty of work remaining” at the link. You can even watch the 90 minute discussion with the link provided at the above page.

Look over the resources related to racial justice assembled by the PC(USA) at the page

Look over the website associated with the book WAKING UP WHITE by Debby Irving, that some of us read back in January 2017. This book was recommended to us by then associate pastor Kim Adams and by folks at the Synod. There are a number of interesting resources, including several “21-Day Plans.”

Look over the website associated with the book GOOD* WHITE RACIST by Kerry Connelly, that some of us read and discussed earlier this year. This new book is being promoted by the PC(USA).
