The group was founded in January 2000. A list of upcoming books for discussion and a record of all books discussed previously can be found at http://www.fpcbloomington.org/bookgroup. Books chosen for discussion are selected six months to a year in advance by ballot from a list put together from suggestions of all members. This group is open to all. Participants are not only Presbyterian, but also Methodist, Russian Orthodox, Lutheran, and unaffiliated. We especially welcome new or drop-in members.
- Earth Stewards: This interest group advocates and promotes environmental stewardship and environmental justice in the life and mission of the church, the community, and the world. It was organized in January, 2007. For more information see the group's web page at http://www.fpcbloomington.org/earthstewards.
